Mission completed
June 1st, reconstruction of plant Krefeld has been completed.
Within 11 month several existing buildings were rebuild, 3 were newly constructed. Expressed in square meter, building capacity was doubled. Sanitary facilities can host now up to 150 workers. A new logistic center comprises truck doc-in-stations and treatment facilities with soil liner for dangerous goods. The security storage for Lithium batteries has been doubled. Fixed firefighting installation was certified June 11.
While sorting facility Nr. 1 got newly constructed, ergonomic conveyer belts, facility 2 is now dedicated for battery thermal treatment furnaces. Technical installations will presumably be finished end of the year. This phase 2 expansion implies 6 Mio. Euro investment.
Beginning 2022, already phase 3 expansion planning will start.
