Under high vacuum NiCd batteries are incrementally heated up, reactions take place to convert cadmium hydroxide into metal, which is then distilled within vacuum to highest purity (up to 99,95%). This most advanced and unique recycling process meets all implemented emissions and exposure limits easily.
